By now, I’m sure the majority of you have heard about Crossfit. If you haven’t, you are missing out. To start this post I was going to define Crossfit, but to be honest I can’t find a good definition for it. In my opinion, Crossfit is a high-intensity form of exercise, dealing mainly with functional movements. It can be competitive if chosen, either internally or with your peers. All in all, I absolutely love it. It pushes you to your extremes and usually takes less than 30 minutes.
