Spartacus Workout

Looking for another high intensity workout, but a tad sick of doing the same circuits? Try the Spartacus Workout! I tried it today and felt awesome. It’s almost like you can feel fat being burnt off. If you don’t know an exercise or can’t do it -it’s easy as 1-2-3- modify it! Make sure to take a timer, it’s nice to see time counting down. Good luck, and be BOLD!
