Yes, this is an app, but if you don’t have a smartphone you can find almost all of the links on YouTube (NTC).

It is a really simple app to figure out (this website will give you a basic rundown). Basically you choose what kind of workout you want to do (cardio, high intensity strength, high weights low reps, etc), then you choose what level you are, you can next add music from your iTunes library, and then you begin!


She will prompt you before each exercise and let you know how much time you have left on each one. I would recommend looking through the workout and maybe writing it down just so you can have it outlined before you start.
