Many of you don’t want to spend high dollars on gym memberships, or take the time to drive to the nearest gym, or just don’t have access to a gym, or maybe you really, simply, dislike being surrounded by other workout enthusiasts. Whatever the reason, you have decided to forego a gym, yet you still need to workout.
Yes, running is a lovely cost-free form of exercise, but can you do it for long enough to burn many many calories while still highly toning your muscles? I sure can’t! So… I give you easy “At Home” workouts, no equipment needed!
The key with these workouts is to go as fast as possibly through each round (or circuit) and take 1-2min breaks between rounds- unless specified otherwise. Come on now, stop reading and WORKOUT!
